Our law firm provides you with a complete service in establishing business companies throughout the Slovak Republic, with the proviso that if you are interested, we can also provide you with a so-called virtual office and all related services.
Do business as L.L.C. has never been so easy! In contrast to doing business as a Self-employed person, you will save on levies and, as a partner, you will not bear any risk on your personal property. The partner in L.L.C., is liable only up to the amount of the unpaid deposit in the registered capital.
The virtual office includes the following services: marking the headquarters and receiving mail. Renting a registered office means providing an address for your company. You will have this address entered in the Commercial Register, on trade licenses and all postal items will be delivered to it.
When registering the so-called virtual office, you do not have the costs associated with renting office space and you are always sure that you will always be reachable at 'your' address.

The condition for registering the company at the address of the virtual office is the payment of a fee for the selected package for 6 months in advance!

We can provide a complete service to foreigners with citizenship from / or outside the European Union and the European Economic Area, while ensuring that they obtain a stay in the Slovak Republic. There is no legal entitlement to these permits, so there may be a situation where public authorities refuse to grant residence. If you are interested, we can also provide you with the opportunity to find a suitable place to register your stay.

Temporary residence entitles you to stay in the territory of the Slovak Republic and travel abroad and back in the period for which it was granted to you. It is always granted for only one specific purpose, only exceptionally are you authorized to perform other activities on its basis.
It may be granted for the purpose of business, employment, study, special activities (teaching, sports, art, volunteering, etc.), research and development, family reunification, performance of duties by civilian components of the armed forces, may be granted to a person with the status of Slovak living abroad or a person who has been granted long-term residence in another EU Member State.
The EU Blue Card also grants a temporary residence. The temporary stay may be granted for the first time for different lengths of time, depending on the purpose of the stay, and may be extended repeatedly.
Below are the most used types of stays.
Almost every gainful activity that you want to perform in Slovakia outside of employment is considered a business and you must obtain a license for it. The most common way is to do business:
• on the basis of a trade license as a self-employed person (as a natural person),
• through a limited liability company (as a legal entity).
If you are a third-country national and want to work in Slovakia, you must meet several conditions. How you can get a job depends on several facts such as the type of work you want to do, the type of stay, the duration of your employment in Slovakia, etc.
It is possible to obtain an alien for whom the right to family reunification is exercised until the expiry of the stay, for a maximum of 5 years.
Temporary residence for the purpose of family reunification may be granted to an alien who is:
• family members of an alien with permanent or temporary residence,
• relatives in the ascending line of an asylum seeker under the age of 18, or
• dependent person under an international agreement.
